Billdesk — Amount debited from my a/c but not bill paid

I have made a bill payment of landline ph [protected] through bill desk but my a/c is debited transaction detail 12/09/2016 BIL/[protected]/bsnl/BSNLPOSTGIC147 Amount 764.4 but bill is not paid because I have not receipts but error message appear stating try later
so please take appropriate action to resolve my problem
