Billdesk — Amount deducted and transaction was successful from my bank but not reflected in third party account and showing failed transactio

I purchased cource on Udemy on19th march 2021 via BHIM UPI method. I paid the amount of 611/- successfully and shared screenshot of it however on udemy it is showing failed transaction but my amount got deducted. Please troubleshoot this issue and refund my money.

I have cross verified with the BHIM payment mode by raising complaint to check wheather amount received by beneficiary or not and they replied me back. I am attaching my mail details from respective payment method through which I have paid the amount BHIM UPI method.
I made transaction from browser it wasn't mobile app purchase I signed up in udemy and purchased course who's url is given below

I made payment to [protected]@hdfc to pay to Udemy for purchase
