Billdesk — Amount failed to reach my mobile

Dear Sir/Madam, I had made a transaction to recharge my dolphin (MTNL) pre-paid number vide Transaction ID HSBI[protected] on 26.12.2016 at 16:28:59 for an amount of Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred only) and the 'Payment Status' showed - "SUCCESS". However, the above mentioned amount of Rs.100/- has not so far been credited to my mobile and after a single call showed the balance as Rs.0.17p. I have no idea where the amount has gone. Please look into the matter and order either for recharging my mobile number with Rs.100/- or for reversal of the said amount of Rs.100/- back into my account from where the same has been deducted. I, suvendu bera paid my electric bill through bill desk with my transaction id HSBI[protected]GAAPVWCV9. But the payment status shows pending although my bank ac was debited . Please help me.
