Sir,
I am to state the an amount of rs.150/- was deducted from my
Account vide transaction no. Billdesk gybk[protected] amazon on 12/8/16 at 14:54:18 from my yes bank a/c. But, amazon has confirmed me that they have not received the amount and as such cancelled the product.
As per their version, the amount is stuck in the payment gateway.
Please confirm and reverse the payment made to my account at the
Earliest.
And for the act of which i shall be greatful to you.
