Billdesk — Amt debited from bank but not accounted in bsnl - refund

Vide transaction FCDRO[protected] dated 3.6.2016, time 6.26am
Rs.924/ has been debited from my bank account. But the same has not been credited in my BSNL phone bill account due to network problem. A message has been recd stating that the amount Rs.924 will be credited to my bank account within 3 working days. still it is not credited. pl resolve my issue.
