Billdesk — Bank a/c deducted yet no recharge of my bsnl number

Yesterday through bsnl portal with merchant gateway of billdesk i through netbanking of idbi carried out a recharge of 37 to extend the validity of my bsnl no. [protected].

The balance was quickly deducted but the billdesk showed error.

I have since written to billdesk but they have it seems turned a deaf year.

Either please reverse the payment or top up my phone for which the time is running out.

Sir,

We recharged 169 3G pack for [protected] on 10/08/2016. The amount has been debited from the account, but the balance has not been added to the number.
