Respected sir i had recharged RS167 for data panner from INDPAY app i got a msg from bank of reduse of accont balance but i did get recharge amount sis

Am not able to login under credit card payment to New India assurance on their site for Med claim Policy for renewal. The payment is being made with visa card.
Please advice with this is operational to pay.
