Billdesk — Bsnl bill pending status

I have paid my bsnl landline bill[protected] rs.1315 through bill desk using my kvb account. The amount of rs.1315 is debited in my account (Ref. No - gkvb[protected]). But when i check to bsnl portal my bill payment status shows "pending". Please do the needful as soon as possible and make payment successfull.
