After payment the electric bill using axis bank netbanking through billdesk gateway my bill amount 1190.00/- was deducted and after that while returning to the cesc website from billdesk there was an window pop-up with message
"we regret that it will not be possible to generate the payment receipt at this stage if we do not receive the payment confirmation from the payment gateway." and the amount was deducted from my bank account.
Till now neither my deducted amount is credited nor my bill is paid. I called several times at customer care no but there was no reply. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
