Billdesk — Complaining about non issuance of receipt

Usually monthly bills of bsnl paid by me online banking of icici bank by choosing payee bill desk on august 21, 2016 after pay instruction to bank though i received transaction alert as i quote "you have made an online payment of inr 795.0 with id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc from your account xxxxxxxx1363 on aug, 21, 2016 at 11:23 hours in case you have not made this transaction please call our customer care" unquote. Since i had made payment hence the following mail. I have sent mail to bill desk customer care also on same day regarding non receipt of payment and i did not get any reply from them. Hence consumer complaint through your forum.

I have made on line bill payment by icici bank of inr 795 id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc xxxxxxxx1363 on august 21, 2016 at 11:23 hours. But i have not received payment receipt either from bsnl or from you.
Please look into this matter and resolve the issue.
