Billdesk — complaint regarding jio phone

I am nilesh jain and my issue is transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited from bank account through netbanking, and transaction id was given on screen,
Sbi reference no: jsbi[protected]igabwwgtv3
But i have not received a message from the company.
So kindly look over the issue.

I have transferred Rs 399.00 for BILLDESK-JINB [protected] RPSL/thru net banking-ref[protected] on 28/08/2017, 14:12, however there is no confirmation from your side.According to jio representative jio did not receive any payment from you..Please help me in this regard ..please respond me fast.. I book jio smart phone 2 unit 1000rupees deducted BILLDESKutill via Paytm.txn ID [protected] dated 24/08/2017.not any massage got by jio about the payment.what can i do ? Can i cancel this payment order.pls resolve this matter where is the 1000rupees credited ?
I made 3 transactions each amountung 500rs, so a total of 1500 through paytm. The mo ey got debited but the transaction failed
