Sir/madam. I had paid my axis bank credit card bill of rs 31000.00 through your site i, e pgi. Billdesk.com on 22/11/2017. Till now it is not paid. Please solve this matter as soon as possible. I have also attached the transaction receipt

Dear sir/madam,

I recharged my bsnl mobile with a top-up of Rs 60 and an STV of Rs 42 using a debit card on[protected] . In both the cases, the amount was deducted from the account but none of the recharges was successful. The page in both the cases refreshed on it own, opening something related to airtel (my service provider). When i clicked on the back button, it displayed "error, transaction not successful/completed".

Help and refund would be appreciated.
