Billdesk — Credit card Payment not yet reflected | URGENT

I had done my Axis bank credit card payment of Rs 195781 through Billdesk on 10/03/2021 Transaction reference number VBDN[protected] but still today 15/03/2021 the same is not reflected in my credit card. Please help.
