Billdesk — Electricity Bill Fraud

I paid my electricity bill in torrent power, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 13/11/2016 for service no. 922573 of Rs.1810 but the message showed 'connection timed out'.I did this three times and every time same amount was deducted from the account Debit card no. [protected] but bill payment is still not done.

If you have anything to do with this please refund my money as soon as possible.
