I am writing to you to raise an issue about Money Transfer & UPI done through Billdesk Payment gateway on e-NPS website.
The issue that I have experienced was: On 31/01/2021, I have made a Voluntary Contributions towards my National Pension System account with PRAN#[protected] for the amount of INR 10, 011.80 ( INR 10, 000 contribution + taxes INR 11.80).
The payment method I used was UPI payment from Google pay linked to my HDFC Bank with account # 062XXXXXX926.
Unfortunately, the Amount was debited from my bank and the transaction on the e-NPS site showed as failed. ( Attached the Payment receipt ). Google pay payment status shows Transaction successful.
I had checked the Bank statements and observed the payment was successful to NPS trust with UPI ID #[protected]. ( Attached all receipts from BANK )
I don't also see any contribution reflecting on my account towards this transaction and there is no way to trace it from the NPS site. All I have is just the acknowledgment receipt at the time of payment.
NPS system is owned by Government and there is neither customer service nor accountability in case of Grievances.
