Billdesk — Erroneous payment to another credit card account

Dear Sir, l am user of RBL credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 1479. I have paid an amount of 29000 rupees through SBI bank vide NetBanking reference number VSBI[protected] on 01 Feb 21. I got confused and erroneously paid in wrong credit card. Whereas my card ending with 1479, but erroneously I have paid with card ending with 2014. I soon realised my mistake and contacted both of the bank customer care but no one had given the solution whereas confused me in big in large, which again took this much of time for resolution. I request you to do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you
