SIR, I made online fee payment for "KERALA WATER AUTHORITY BILL" for Rs879.50/- through my 'south indian internet banking' on 24.01.2017 My transaction was failed with error "Reasons:sorry. we were unable to process your transaction.we apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later:- But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account. I did transaction through billdesk payment company to mahaonline mumbai government website... I got msg throgh mahaonline . "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 606XX4342 for a purchase worth Rs564 on POS MAHAONLINE at MAHAONLINE txn# HU[protected]."
After this transaction, gevernment recipt is not generated.
