Fraud by obtaining details of atm card representative as bill desk from icici bank a/c no.[protected] [
I have made on[protected] payment of landline telephone no. [protected] bill rs.746.00 through www.selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in through billdesk getway but 746-00 debit receipts generate so i go to complain about this to bill desk during complaint registration process message from email.

Telling me pl. Unblock atm card so entire debit amount refunded in my a/c after that i contacted to my bank for further proceeding, complaint number with icici bank sr[protected] dated 12/09/2016
Pl take appropriate action in this regard i am very shocked because i am using your gateway for bill payment for two & three years not faced any problem in this regard it first time to me such incident in my life
