I was trying to make a payment of my hdfc credit card through bill desk, the money got deducted but i wasn't routed to the page where i get the transaction id and all which confirms that they payment has been made. After i hit pay, the page didn't route from standard chartered bank to the payment confirmed page, but the amount got deducted. Please, resolve this as soon as possible. I have attached the transaction screenshot from my net banking account.
