I, SOMA BHOWAL S/B ACCOUNT NO.[protected], UNITED BANK OF INDIA, TINSUKIA BRANCH, ASSAM - TSK311. I have paid LIC premium Rs.6065/-online(Net Banking) on 12/08/2016 and my S/B account has been debited twice, Kindly solve this matter & as early as possible refund Rs.6065/ in my S/B account.
