I applied for ibps clerk on 9/09/2016 i paid the money using canara internet banking, transaction failed but money got deducted. i checked again, a dialog box appeared stating money will be refunded, proceed to transaction and i did so, but i didn't got the refund. Please look into the matter.

Billdesk — Recharge not done & payment deducted from bank

Dear sir,
I was recharge in my no. [protected] on dated[protected] . & also payment has been deducted from bank . but recharge was not done.
so i request you please refund my deducted balance
