Billdesk — jio phone booking

I was trying to payment for jio phone booking while making a transaction it shows that transaction failed but after some time i got sms from bank that your money has deducted 500rs i was trying to make payment through bhim app. So i prefer to chat with jio executives they also have no idea about refund process and time it'll take to refund the money which i deducted so please register my complaint and get me resolution as soon as possible

I have recharged my jio number [protected] of rs 309 through billdesk on 23 Aug 2017, the same amount of Rs .309 has been debit from my sbi account. But my jio number still not active due non receipt of above amount from billdesk.
Please refund my amount or recharge the above number at earliest. Sbi statement att for ready reference.
