Billdesk — lic premium amount debited but transaction failed

Today i made a transaction through billdesk for lic premium payment for rs 3042.07 after payment (Through indian bank net banking) amount has been debited from my account and the transaction was failed (Billdesk-qinb [protected]/lic/thru net banking ref: [protected]-03.08.2019 13:07-indian bank. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
