I made a payment of rs. 1550 through billdesk bpc through icici netbanking towards cesc for electricity bill payment on 14.08.2016. The transaction id for the same is:- [protected].
However, cesc has stated that they have not received any payment. Hence i would like to know the status of the transaction on this account.
I would expect a prompt response as billdesk being known for its high standards for being a platform for online bill payment does not call for such neglient actions. Was this information helpful? |
