Billdesk — Mobile Recharge Payment not received

Dear Sir/Madam, I had made a transaction to recharge my BSNL pre-paid number vide Transaction ID BILLDESK-HINB[protected] on 12.01.2017 at 09.48 for an amount of Rs.1093/- (Rupees One Thousand & Ninety Three only) and the 'Payment Status' showed - "SUCCESS". However, the above mentioned amount of Rs.1093/- has not so far been credited to my mobile. I have no idea where the amount has gone. Please look into the matter and order either for recharging my mobile number with Rs.1093/- or for reversal of the said amount of Rs.1093/- back into my account from where the same has been deducted.
