I made an online payment of rs.6220 (Excluding service charges) on 11th january, 2017 using sbi net banking to pay college fees on the website mentioned below. I didn't get any receipt as the page continued to show (Your transaction is being processed). I assumed that the payment had failed and i made the same payment, this time with my sbi debit card but this time too, the same thing happened. Later i realized that the money has been deducted twice (Rs.12, 539 in total) but when contacted, the college authority told me that they received no payment.
