Sir, on 20.9.2016 I opted for mtnl mobile recharge the payment was made through bill desk. my mobile no is [protected]. City bank has debited the amount to my card No. [protected] and sent me an advice to the effect. However, the credit is not shown on the mobile and MTNL confirmed that they have not received the payment till 12.30 after noon on 21.9.2016. Please check and advise me.
