Billdesk — My money is deducted but didn't charge me

I have online recharge Idea's net deducted the money from my bank but I have not yet charged. If you ask me to give my money back and return the money, how will it please tell me, but I had my debit card online recharge, recharge my head and not done to cut money from the bank, my contact no.
