Billdesk — No credit in Balance

I used Instapay of Billdesk on 26.06.2016 to re charge my Tatadocomo mobile phone balance. It processed through Netbanking as usual, successfully. But unfortunately Balance in mobile not changed. Today is 27.06.2016.

Please suggest what to do?
