Payment not processed. Ref HSBI[protected]. CITY Bank Credit card no.[protected]. Amount transferred Rs.25000 through SBI Ref IGOCUREBK8 on 01 Oct 2016. To put it briefly, I made the payment SBI online portal on 01 Oct 2016 & got the confirmation that an amount of Rs.25000 has been debited to my account. Subsequently, I received a message from Bill Desk stating that "payment could not be processed". When I checked with my bank account, this amount has not been credited either. Now my question is where is my money? Kindly resolve the issue as the amount involved is huge, as a senior citizen it is very huge. Awaiting an early response. Thanking u.
