Billdesk — non-receipt of payment of electric bill bearing cano.[protected]

I have made the payment of said electricity bill amounting rs.6272.10/- to bses yamuna power ltd. Through icici bank credit card on 18 sep 2017. I have received another bill on 09 oct 17 stating that an arrears of rs.6272 is still outstanding. You are requested to reconcile the same and please forward the reference id for further necessary action.
