Billdesk — non received of money

I made a complain on 06.09.2017. Your id no 1696579. For refund of money against cesc bill payment which is lying in your office. It's one months past no action has been taken from your end. You have referred the case to indialdeas.com. But sorry to inform you that no action has been taken from their end. Kindly make necessary arrangement to refund the money to my bank account as early as possible.
