Billdesk — online order

I ordered dominos pizza online on[protected] at 3:07 pm and the amount was deducted twice from my paytm wallet and the order was not successful.
So i got no pizza and no money either.
The two order transaction ids are
Jpt[protected]
Jpt[protected]
The amount was 520 each time
So total 1040 was deducted for no order.
Kindly process refund

I have recharged on my BSNL mobile No.[protected] for Rs. 395 on 13.11.2017 (Transaction Ref.No. IGACJFDDD5)But it is not activated yet. I request that kindly consider my complaint and Please take immediate favourable action.
