Reference my complaint dt. 27.07.2016 regarding failure of online payment made through Bill Desk Portal. No response received from Bill Desk so far.
Details:
Payment of Rs.1409 from ICICI Bank account to BSNL Account Number [protected], Phone Number [protected], Bill Number[protected] dt.06/07/2016.
Amount has been debited to my ICICI Bank account. Received transaction failed message. Amount has not yet been credited to my BSNL account.
Kindly do the needful asap.
Maximum time your system found fail. So I unable to Pay our bill & recharge. Kindly Update your system to avoid INCONVENIENCE.
