Sir, I have made pament of my electricity bills of maharashtra state electricity distribution company limited (mahadiscom) on 04.11.2016 through bill desk for rs.580.73 in respect of billing unit 4795/kharghar/panvel urban division. but there generated error report and transaction failed whereas the amount was deducted from my credit card. even if on today the amount is not credited to my credit card and the website of mahadiscom is showing no payment.
