Billdesk — Payment deducted but DHBVN electricity bill not showing as "Paid"

Payment is done by net-banking through Billdesk portal and amount is deducted from bank account immediately but the bill is not showing as "Paid" on DHBVN website. Why ?? You are requested to fix the issue at earliest within 24 hours.
