I tried to make the payment for my rbl credit card it was a transaction failure but the amount has been deducted from my bank account inr 13989 it's a big amount.

I tried to make the payment for my rbl credit card [protected] and the amount has been deducted from my HDFC bank account inr 50, 000/- and it's a huge amount. But did not receive any sort of confirmation instead got a msg of invalid session and was asked to login again.. Please help.
