Billdesk — Payment issue on ksrtc booking

I had made payment of rupees 1300 to book bus tickets from dharmasthala to Bangalore through ksrtc official website on 11.03.2021. payment made through phone pay wallet.. but tickets not booked and not refunded. Please solve the issue at an earliest my no. [protected]
