Done a payment of rs 1000 to sbi credit card using the upi option with upi ref no[protected]. The amount was debited from my account but did not receive any communication from sbi regarding the amount paid. The transaction was done on 27th march 2020. Please help mw solve this either by refunding or by redirecting the amount to the correct place. Please reolve this as soon as possible.
