Sir, i made a payment of rs. 67398 for a stanchart creditcard. Since 5 days i have no money because of the demonitisation oand no money on my on card. Iam sixty five and need money badly for petrol, food and necessities. As of now, 1:29 on tuesday, november 15 i still have no credit on my card and stanchart say you have not paid stanchart. I desperately need money as i am supporting my daughter and her infant son.
Please look into the matter and rectify.
