Thank you for writing to Payment Aggregator Support.
This is with reference to your email dated March 13, 2021 regarding the status of the mentioned payment.
We have checked the records and find that the payment vide transaction reference number VIC49823566617 has been initiated for refund on 12.03.2021. It will take 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund to credit the amount in your account. Post the same, you may reconfirm the same from your bank statement.
However, in the unforeseen circumstance, that you do not receive the refund within the aforesaid timelines, we request you to kindly forward us the scanned copy of your bank statement from ” date of transaction - till date” reflecting the non-refund of the said amount so that we may take this up with the concerned merchant on priority.
