Billdesk — Payment not received by SBI cards

Address: Gurgaon, Haryana

Through SBI net banking I made a payment of Rs.86, 998/- on 27.01.2017 and I got a message that the payment is success. Transaction ref. no.IB36080179.
On verifying my card statement I could see the payment has not reached SBI cards even after a week.
My account has been debited with the above amount. Two other payments made to SBI cards on 30.01.2017 through SBI net banking have been paid successfully to them. SBI net banking payments are done through Billdesk.
As the amount involved is substantial, please arrange to pay SBI cards immediately or refund the amount my account.
Urgent action please. Pl advise me the development to my e mail:

I need money immediately so take my complaint seriously and refund the amount 6083.0 to credit in my bank account where I am used debit card.

I made a payment of my Sbi credit card ₹10574 in sbi card app through paynet billdesk i got the amount debitted but the payment was failed please refund my amount Asap i mailed to pgsupport at billdesk also
