I recharged my mobile phone through BSNL portal via Billdesk. There was no confirmation message from BSNL about my recharge and payment credit was taken too long. The amount Rs.220 debited from the bank account but recharge of my mobile was not done. The ref. ID is PGSM[protected].Please credit the amount Rs.220 to my bank account.
