[Resolved]  Billdesk — Refund the amount for setc booking

I am ramkumar from devakottai. yesterday i do the setc online booking fom devakottai to chennai through your billdesk payment gateway. But the money payment suceesful, but the ticket seat should not be printed, kindly refund my amount. my transaction details are BILLDESK-MINB[protected]/TNSTCLTD/thru net banking ref:[protected] on 30/07/14 at 12:58. kindly do the needful help and refund my amount.

I have booked the couple of seats with my login ( Divagar23 ) from Chennai to karur, seats were not confirmed but amount deducted couple of times . Total (301 + 301 ) Rs.602 . Please refund my amount .

Amount paid but ticket not booked. i will attach the proof details below for both gpay and billdesk payment portal. kindly do the needful and refund my money.
