Billdesk — regarding pending bsnl prepaid recharge topup of rs 550/- through bill desk from my sbi account

Actually on dt 04/10/2017 ihave recharged top up for my prepaid bsnl mobile number [protected] of rs 550/- but iam not received top up to my number and amount is deducted from my sbi account threw billdesk iam giving you the transaction reference number for your reference. Kindly look in to that and rectify
