This letter serves as a formal request for a refund on the failed transaction that I made through your Billdesk payment gateway, through GPAY (UPI Transaction id :[protected].
I paid a Reprint pan card id through ONLINESERVICES.NSDL.COM on 16/07/2023 11.28 PM, and paid a total amount of INR.106.90 by GPAY WITH INDIAN BANK A/C LINKED .
It seems that the connection error was occurred and shown up some error. It didn't shown any reference id and ACKNOWLDGE NUMBER, in a few minutes the amount was debited from my account, but that amount isn't paid still now.
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a refund for a failed transaction.
I attached the screenshot of a receipt that I got with the reference id as proof it was paid through the Billdesk payment gateway.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for receiving a refund.
