Note : this is the second time same issue ; previous refund not received yet

Resolution : refund the amount with transaction charges.

I recharge my BSNL mobile with NET BANKING from bsnl portal through
Billdesk gateway on 29.11.2017. An amount of Rs 446/- was deducted from
My bank account, but not credited to bsnl

My consumer no is [protected] and i have pay my bill amount rs 850 as on 30.11.2017 amount is deducted from my account but bill recipt is not generated. Kindly resolve the issue
