I have paid my Telephone[protected] through billdesk payments using my canara bank ATM debit card(Visa card) on 15/08/2016 an amount of Rs.733.00 and the amount debited from my account. But the payment not received to BSNL.
So I humbly request you to take necessary action to get back my money to my account or the bill to be paid for the above mentioned telephone number
