I'm sangeetha.I made online transaction on 31th May, 2021 for purpose of fees payment through billdesk .but it became failed many times.at last it became successful.but money was debited again in my account from failed transaction.but I don't know which failed transaction.I enclose my successful transaction receipt.but I don't have the failed transaction screenshot.but I has my bank account statement that has clear evidence.
Amount : 9000
Charge : 17
Total : 9017
First I made transaction using debit card so it doesn't take any charge.so, in enclosed images for failed transaction made for 9000 rupees.next I made using internet banking that took charge .but i don't have the internet banking transaction receipt.
Please take action immediately amd refund my money.thanking you.
