Sir,
I tried to book 3 nos. ONLINE tickets on[protected] for the Sector Mumbai - Bhubaneswar for 14-February 2021, since the connection with Air India ticketing Portal was not properly connected, tickets were not generated. Thereafter, I called up on the Air India Customer Services who advised me that if you don't get the tickets within half an hour, you may book the tickets again and the money for the first booking will be refunded to you within 2 days time.
Subsequently, on the same date I once again booked the tickets but failed again. Again, I called up Air India Customer services and again they informed me that in case, the tickets will not be generated you will get the refund around 2-3 days time.
In the above situation I booked the tickets from GO -Air.
The detail of debits appearing of transactions Air India on my bank account
as on 27/01/2021 is reflected as below:

Due to demise of my father, I had to visit my hometown suddenly on[protected] and was unable to track on the development in this regard. Suddenly on 7-2-2021 I received 2 emails from Air India informing that my tickets are ready for upgradation with confirmed PNR No. Y808M & Z848Z.
Immediately, I talked to Air India Customer Services asking them that how these tickets were confirmed when they have told me that I will get the refund against the booking which were materialised and hence asked for full refund.
Subsequently, on visit to Air India office at Nariman Point, it was revealed that tickets were issued manually and no information was sent to us by email/ or phone. Hence I requested for the total refund of my money after many a mails and visit a partial refund of Rs.8364/- was made on[protected] and Rs.4, 164 on[protected]. Thus a balance of Rs.6350/- is still outstanding on my account to be received from Air India LTd. I therefore request attention of your good office for refund of the balance amount at the earliest. Please note that I have already emailledd the details in this regard. You may please note that I am subjected to bear all these without any fault of mine.
